अच्छी बात यह है कि इस व्यवसाय को शुरू करने के लिए आपको भारत सरकार की मुद्रा योजना से मदद मिलेगी। आपको बता दें कि कटलरी निर्माण इकाई एक ऐसा व्यवसाय है, जिसकी मांग हर घर में बनी रहती है। इसके अलावा पार्टियों, शादियों, पिकनिक और खाने-पीने की दुकानों पर कटलरी की डिमांड है। वहीं, हाथ के औजार और कृषि में इस्तेमाल होने वाले कुछ महत्वपूर्ण औजार भी कटलरी से बनाए जा सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही आप इसका बड़े पैमाने पर निर्यात भी कर सकते हैं। इसमें आप घरेलू उत्पादों के अलावा अन्य उपकरण भी बना सकते हैं।
ऋण के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें
सबसे पहले आपको बता दें कि अगर आप कटलरी बिजनेस(new business ideas) शुरू करने के लिए कर्ज लेना चाहते हैं तो प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के तहत किसी भी बैंक में आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको एक फॉर्म भरना होगा, जिसमें नाम, पता, व्यवसाय का पता, शिक्षा, वर्तमान आय और कितना कर्ज चाहिए, जैसी जानकारियां देनी होंगी।
जानिए इसकी कीमत कितनी होगी
जहां तक खर्चों की बात है तो आप धातु से बनी कटलरी बनाने का व्यवसाय शुरू कर सकते हैं। इस बिजनेस ( best business ideas in india)को शुरू करने के लिए आपके पास सिर्फ 1.14 लाख रुपये होने चाहिए। इसके लिए आप सरकार की मुद्रा योजना के तहत लोन ले सकते हैं। सेटअप के लिए आपको करीब 1.8 लाख रुपये खर्च करने होंगे। इसके लिए आपको वेल्डिंग सेट, बफिंग मोटर, ड्रिलिंग मशीन, बेंच ग्राइंडर, हैंड ड्रिलिंग, हैंड ग्राइंडर, बेंच, पैनल बोर्ड और अन्य टूल्स की आवश्यकता होगी। इसके अलावा कच्चे माल पर करीब 1.2 लाख रुपये खर्च करने होंगे। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार इस कच्चे माल से हर महीने 40,000 कटलरी, 20,000 हाथ के औजार और 20,000 कृषि उपकरण का उत्पादन किया जा सकता है।
प्रति माह 1 लाख रुपये से अधिक की अनुमानित बिक्री
सरकार की प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक तैयार उत्पाद से हर महीने 1.10 लाख रुपये की बिक्री होने की उम्मीद है। इसके निर्माण पर हर महीने करीब 91800 रुपये का खर्च आएगा। इस हिसाब से आपको हर महीने 18,000 रुपये से ज्यादा का मुनाफा होगा। ऋण चुकाने और प्रोत्साहन की लागत में कटौती के बाद आपका शुद्ध लाभ 14,400 रुपये से अधिक होगा।
मुद्रा लोन क्या है
मुद्रा लोन का मतलब है माइक्रो यूनिट्स डेवलपमेंट एंड रिफाइनेंस एजेंसी। इसके मार्गदर्शन में, बैंकों द्वारा सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों (MSMEs) को ऋण दिया जाता है। मुद्रा योजना के तहत छोटे और मध्यम आकार के व्यवसायियों या इकाइयों को आवश्यक ऋण दिया जाता है। अगर आप एसबीआई में सेविंग अकाउंट या करंट अकाउंट होल्डर हैं, तो आप एसबीआई से ई-मुद्रा लोन ले सकते हैं। आप घर बैठे ई-मुद्रा लोन के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
