• First day
This is the most important of your seven weight loss days and sets the tone for the rest of the week. On the first day of your diet, you must drink plenty of water (at least eight to twelve cups) and eat only fruit. On this crucial first day, you can eat any kind of fruit (except bananas) and as much as you need.

• Day two

• Third day
